Hi just joined today have used the forum a lot to fix my bike now I'm doing a winter rebuild and i need a swing arm with carrier wants some ppls view and in put on the topic! don't know what engine mods or how big I'm going yet I:I but i have two 450 so she need to keep up lol!! anyways thanks!!

I would do a +3 for trl riding. Lonestar is good Asr is good, swingarmshop isn't very good. A good port job and redesigned head should keep ya up with the 450's trl riding. but you will need some suspention mod's to really keep up

not sure i fully understood that /\/\
but i once considered getting a 450, till i rode with one, i was right on his ass all day in the trails with the mods in my sig

also, i have a T-ROCK swinger by ken oconnor racing, half the price and twice the strength as the lonestar/asr's

Welcome to the fourm! Punctuation helps very much though.
Example:
Lets eat, Grandma.
and
Lets eat Grandma.

haha just messing around man Welcome!

the bike will never see dirt again gonna be a sand bike after the build. Its a 1988 blaster on its main bearing so its getting a full bottom to top end. Porting with be done!! on top of some other stuff the engine isn't were I'm having my prob right now i got that handled! i got ASR aarms 3+up 1 with elka stage one up front... whats a good length in the rear stock77 said +3 sounds like a good length!

Like awk always says, suspension first. It does make Lots of sence. It doesn't matter how fast your motor is if you have to slow down to control it.

Porting, crank, 240 kit if you want, mean right bend pipe, reeds, large ported carb, milled head, CFM airbox, and a UNI filter with outerwears. That will have you staying right with those 450's.

Ohhhh yeah. An experienced, physically fit rider is the best upgrade. And you will need gorilla arms and a velcro seat to hold on to a Blaster with those mods.

The longer the swingarm the less chance for a wheelie of the line but it does hamper your turning radius. Having said that if it is going to be a dunes machine then prolly +6 to + 8 depending on what engine mods are being done to the machine.

i just got a +3! Because i won't be the only person riding the bike it would be nice to have a +6 or even +8! but I'm not going all to crazy with the motor at least not yet!!! ha
