I just got my blaster Friday with a fresh wiseco top end,I'm in the break in stage right now but every time I stop it revs up high in neutral or in gear at a complete stop.any suggestions or advice will be appreciated

Do a search on this board for leak-down tester. Build one. Use it. I did mine when I first assembled my new top end and found a significant leak. It cost me about 1/2 hour of work to fix instead of 100's of $$$ to rebuild again.

what he said^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

most likely the head nuts, or cylinder base nuts have loosened. check the torque on those, and then check out the reed cage gasket

Just an FYI: In discussing my break-in with Brandon from Wildcard Racing, he mentioned that he typically uses some sealant on the reed cage assembly because it is a very common leak spot. That's where mine was leaking. I used a SMALL amount of RTV on it and it passed the leak-down after that. I'd say that's a good place to start looking.
