New ride

113 so far...im planin its the last car i buy.

Drive it right and do the maintenance on it and that thing will easily clear 300K
Have you changed the timing belt yet? some people say they'll snap unexpectedly others say you never need to change them. its not a bad idea if its getting in the 100k's I did my old and other car, not too hateful of a job and to have the piece of mind and rather important belt is brand new

ya it is recommended at 100K to change the timing belt. when they snap, it isn't good. it is a cheap peace of mind.

I've heard of people riding around with a 19 year old timing belt with 240k on it.
Doesn't mean i'm about to do that with my car

i did the timing belt at 110K and had all valves adjusted, did water pump too cuz it calls for it, not cuz it needed. it

i do every service listed in the book, every 5K.

i gotta get a rattle fixed up front drivers side now, i think a tie rod or ball joint has gone, had it happen on the passenger side last year i think it was a lower control arm.

but either way i keep my stuff mechanicaly sound ever 5K miles. its lower 1.5 front and 1.75 rear, handles better and rides softer, besides that everythings stock and will remain stock. auto tranny due to a bad knee but yeah these things build very solid.
