i just installed a fmf powercore II silencer and boyesen power reeds and started it up and it ran for about 15secs with sh*tty throttle response and then it wouldnt start back up until i sprayed some starting fluid in it. Then it would start and run with slow throttle response again. any suggestions?
new reeds, not getting enough fuel?

you need to rejet my friend , you said thats you put a pipe and reed , if so you need to get at least 260 main jet
would that still be the case if it is running fine open carb but when i put the intake on then it dies and floods itself?
mess with your air pilot screw... turn it all the way in (but not overtight) and turn it back out like 1 and a half or up to 2 turns out
ya i tried that. and it still dies and floods. idk what is wrong...i have a jet kit ordered so i guess i will put that on and see, but i think its starved for air
yeah, thats what it sounds like... idk right now.. uhhm... let us know how it goes after you get your jet kit in.. or if you figure something out before that
