Well after tons of help from everyone on here Especially Ron89 The bike runs but bogs if the choke is off...If it is on or even half on it idles high as hell and has better response...It also seems to be running hot...The really weird part is that it sucks the choke knob in on it's own...Guess it doesn't like the choke...Any suggestions? I am new to two strokes...But 4 strokes are not that damn hard .... Fresh piston(.080), rings,Bore, and milled head .020...cleaned carb... stock mikuni and exhaust on this one

its going to bog with the choke on no matter what, so thats what the bogging is. how high is high when its idling with choke off? do you know where the idle screw is? and if its as far as it can go out(lower) then you may have an air leak near the intake. im going to say thats what the problem is right now. get it running and spray some carb cleaner over the different parts of the intake, like where the boot connects to the reads and the carb and the airbox to the carb. if it revs up when u spray it there, you have an air leak and thats what will make it rev high.

hope thats not to comlicated for you. im here if u need to ask any more questions

Actually it responds half decent with the choke on...It's when it is off that it starts bogging and won't hold an idle

89custom is right in thinking its an air leak, if u need choke than its getting extra air some where else leaning ur mix. wd40 will work in a pinch to for looking for leaks.

things like this are what im worried about as i start to near the end of the first round of upgrades/replacements since things never seem to go my way lol nothing can be easy for me or work right the first time. dumped about 1200 in it so far after completely taking the quad apart to find everything thats wrong with it and ordering aftermarket replacements. seems for every part i buy we find 2 more small problems. by the time im done i'll feel funny calling it a 95 seems more like a 2008 lol

LMAO...No kidding...I now have to put either bearings or a crank in it since the crank seems to be hitting the case and getting stuck on the bottom of the stroke..My dad always told me if it's not one thing it's a hundred others...Why the hell did he have to be right
