New plastic! Opinions?

Okay so i just ordered a brand new set of silver maier plastics. It has the stock rear fender and gas tank, but the front is the racing front with the cut fenders. i paid 300 shipped on ebay. Its brand new with airbox removed so ill have to but one. But its a whole set for 300? And also Im going to do a complete rebuild this winter, any ideas and color of frame? Me personally would not have payed that much for fenders ever , but then again I do not like the Honda Look on Yamaha's !

Well It was about 500 buck on maier so saving 200 when I need knew ones anyway is good to me

Well I just bought a Whole blaster for $200 , So that's why i Would not pay $300 for only plastics , If i did have the money to buy new It would be the regular stock style or the Raptor style plastics

yeah I didnt have the money to buy the stock on maier.. It was about 550.

Could have bought from other places than maier direct , I think a few online sites sell after market plastics as well

Not a bad price for new, but them being cut and mounted isn't exactly "new" and the air boxes I've seen for Blasters are over $100. Maybe you could get sicivicdude to do you a sheet metal one at a better price than the aluminum ones. He's posted pics of his and it looks as good as the other ones I've seen. Price all comes down to if you're happy it's a good price. As got the color, I've always like a metallic red with darker silvers. If you going to have the frame done in PC, IMO, this would be a good color for the silver plastic FLAT PLATE RED TRANSPARENT (ANODIZED) [400F/10MIN] - $19.00 : Powder365, Customer Service Like No Other . That one is a bear to get right and some people done like to do it. I'll be doing my 04 (with OEM white plastic) in that color but it will be over the winter.

Thanks guys, I felt like I got a good deal. There not cut though, there made like that. He said he did mount them but no scratches or scuffs. I will have to get a new airbox though ):
