ok finished my motor i have checked the comp and its at around 140 is this good even if i have a .20 piston....my other blaster with the vitios 240 kit has 170 comp and the damn piston has some play in the cylender mine is nice and tight but low comp....im going to shave the head .20 what do you guys think??

140 is fine.. i think what alot of people fail to realize on a fresh rebuilt is your compression will be a little lower right away, hence the brake in prcedure to break it in and seat the rings, once the rings seat on a proper rebuild your compression will go up some.. not drastic but it wil go up
your right...so whay is the bike with the 240 kit have so much more comp and it doesent even stand a chance against my bike i blow it away down low and at top end..
dude my blaster has 110 psi and it still runs great i dont know what your complaining about 140 psi
