New k&n pod and reeds i rejeted but..

I dont know if im in the clear or not...
I rejeted the main..it had a 230 i put in a 240
seems to be running great!
I have an ngk iridium plug in it.
i took it on a good 10 min ride and pinned it out.. checked the plug and half the plug is clean and the other half is blackish brown...
not really wet..

suggestions any1????

too lean. are you running and airbox? if not than yes your running wee bit lean.

no airbox just the pod with the 3" extention to the k&n... so i need a higher jet or adjust that screw on the carb?
the bike is bone stock. stock muff just has boysen power reeds..
