Hey everyone. I just bought a 89 Blaster for $50. I put a hot crank/hot rod in it with new seals. Also rebuilt the top end and it is good as new.I:I

I'm also a Honda Technician and the local dealership in town (hence the username) so I hope that I can help some of you that have questions.

I actually hate Yamaha with a passion...but for $50 I coldn't pass the deal up.

It was sitting in a garage for 8 years...the guy got a fireworks ticket, so he told me to pay the ticket and the quad was mine.

I spent around $350 on parts...rebuilt the engine at the shop...and it is good as new.

Here's a pic...engine was at the shop...but it's back together now.
