just installed 38 mill carb and v force3 reeds on 240 blaster with weisco piston k/n filter and no baffle and is running like poo from idle to 5/8 throttle then pulls like hell til "redline" so to speak runnin 280 jet in main and stock pilot for 38 mil seems to b rich

Take your jet size down to like a 250-260 and tell us how it runs?

smallest i have is 270, put it in and better but still not right will stock header not flow enough or just shift powerband low in rpm range bc it seems like it should turn harder than it is

If you don't have a wicked port job and good pipe, then the 38mm carb is way too big.

waiting on cpi , not sure what port i want yet and stock carb wasnt good at all got 38 mil for 75.00 new/used
