New Big Bore Blaster Kit

im curious,who is making these cylinders for you?Its hard to believe that you can mass produce a topend that gives you 50hp by just bolting it on,now understand if someone is making these for you your design and what they can produce for you will be different because there has to be compromises in casting the product.Are these totally different castings?I ive built to many and tested to many blaster engines,50hp is not easy to get out of any cylinder without having such a peaky powerband on top of that using a standard crank.Id like to know details as well
send him a pm or give him a call. if you spent countless hours researching and dyno-ing, would you just post all the info up for everyone to see?
I don't know if this is what Angus is doing but if you wanted to mass produce ported heads I would think that CnC machine could do this. Just map the port and burn....I:I
that would work, but billet is much more expensive than cast, think of how big a block of alum you would need to mill out cylinder.
I thought that a stock could be used? I don't know too much about it but I thought it would work.:">
I should be able to get a deal on Wiseco piston in April for my Big bore kits
I will only sell them with Wiseco; the cast pistons can not hold up to the power.
I have made several dyno runs and the wiesco piston has no issues with durability. As soon as I get the pistons, the kits will be available.
APRIL OR MAYBE SOONER!!!!!!!!

people keep asking how much it's gonna cost and when it'll be available....even like right after someone else just asked the same questions!
i don't think angus can give even a general estimate on the price because he doesn't know what wiseco's gonna do w/ their prices. plus it doesn't sound like he's cast these out yet, so he's prob still pricing the casting costs too.
for the record, phragle, you're the man dude. i agree w/ you on the fuel sh*t. i'm gonna hop over to the fuel thread now.
