White Rock B.C. Canada
I just purchased a couple of weeks ago a new 2007 blaster leftover stock from Pacific yamaha in Richmond B.C. Canada.I understand alot of people think 06 was the last year of blasters but in Canada we had 07's for our last year.It is brand new and had never been started.Pretty cool in 2010 almost 2011 to start a new blaster for the first time considering there not made anymore. It is a white and black one and I will post photos of it tomorrow.I've only ran it once and have a question. If I take off the airbox lid do I have to rejet or could I just adjust the air screw to let more fuel in so not to lean?I'm new to blasters and atv"s in general so all help is greatly appreciated.\Thanks.

pics or your lying, hahaha,
and yes you have to rejet for any changes you make to the airflow into, or out of the motor

each part of the carb does its own piece of the work. the air screw handles around idle to1/2 throttle and main jet s heaviest 1/2 to WOT, the needle postion and pilot jet are in there as well. but anyways, you want to go up likely 3 sizes in the main jet size, you hare getting a lot more air now

I'm at work right now but when I get home tonight I'll post pics and a pic of the bill of sale to show you guys.I went to that yamaha dealer to look at raptors and saw the blaster there the sticker price said originally 5400 canadian plus freight pdi but they had it on sale for 3595 plus freight etc.I offered them 3000 firm including prep and everything and they took it.Remember this is canadian money so probably about 2500us.It looks awesome brand new white silver frame black seat etc. Also at another dealership right near me called daytona motorsports in Surrey British Columbia is a brand new 2006 banshee never been started it was there a few weeks back when I bought the blaster.I wonder if theres anyone on this board who's loves the blaster so much and has some decent cash that would buy this new blaster off me for a pretty penny.Think of it a brand new 2007 Yamaha Blaster. If I don't sell it and end up keeping it I'll be bugging you guy's with many questions and thanks for your responses already. The bike looks so good new and stock much better than the blue one imo.I'm almost thinking of just leaving it all stock just pipes jetting airbox etc. but leaving the looks stock. It looks more modern with that white theme and actually I put it next to a raptor 250 in the show room and I thought it looked better.I love it and it just seems fascinating to me to have a almost 4 year old brand new classic atv.

Yamaha still makes banshee's for all over the world except the good ol USA!!!!! its stupid , a trans continental flight will puke more HC's into the upper atmosphere than all the banshee's , blasters and every other 2 stroke ever produced , and thats everytime they fly from New York to Paris , and its done a dozen times a day!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah the 07 will be cool pics , hey its a canada model is it watercooled too? DT200 suckas!!!!!

Heres your pics boys enjoy.Oh and I'll scan and upload bill of sale to show all you doubters tomorrow .Anyone interested in purchasing this new blaster.Completely stock not broken in yet.If not I'm gonna start with some mods but leave that nice stock look on the outside. My baby.

Thanks foe the comment guys, I don't know what it is but I just love the look of my little baby there.I know it's an older style quad was arround for almost 20 years but I think it still looks pretty modern when new with the right color scheme etc. I almost feel like leaving it all stock and basically store it for the next 20 years when all you will be able to buy is electric quads and then bring it out of its den fire it up and blow a load of sweet two stroke smoke in everyones faces.hahaI:IMabey I will buya used blaster and clean it up do all the mods I want, ride it hard and keep this one pristine. Are those tires really that bad. Will replacing them make a huge difference in the way this thing handles.I wonder what the point of the baloon shape is does it serve any purpose for any riding type situation.Looks like a guy could float across a river with these things.Just need a holster on the blasty for you paddle. They are pretty ugly thats for sure reminds me of a old honda atc.
