I haven't had time to look at it, but the pipe looks like it was put on not to long ago. I'm guessing that the main jet is still the stock #230, and caused it to fry. I'll yank out the engine probably next weekend. I've got everything I need. I'm guessing it may need a crank too. Not sure until I tear into it. Do it right or not at all. It needs a tail light too.
