When you clean that carb, the best way is to take the pilot and main jet out, the choke plunger, spray them clean and inspect them to see if any crud is in them still, spray out all passages with some compressed air, check the float height, and clean the needle seat with with a q-tip.

Then reassemble.

Soaking a carb is good, but it can also loosen up some stuff that you cant get out without the compressed air.

If the factory jets are still in it you should have a 32.5 pilot, and a 230 main jet. The clip on the needle should be in the middle position (slot #3)

ok i saw them lol.................

it looks alot better then i thought it would lol,my only complaint is the green/blue base cylinder gasket are known to be a problem of leaking =air leak

only thing i can tell you is this.
if you have not done the following then we dont know whats wrong.
compression test?
leak test?
reed petals are fully closed and not chipped or broken pieces?
your not missing carb parts?
unplug the tors brain near the headlight?
brand new spark plug ngk b8es or br8es?
good fuel flow from tank to carb?
no aftermark stator?oem only?
carb slide is going all the way up in carb?
fresh gas?
look at the plug boot connected to spark plug, does it look broken or rusted? ect ect
unscrew gas cap to check that it is ventilating properly?

if i can get away without buying equipment for compression test and leak down test i want to. can i just re torque and it fix?

like where is the air leak, and would this cause the engine to bog and able to fix by no air box?

by removing the air box lid, your adding more air into the motor, creating a leaner mix.

I'm wondering if that the Moose jet kit you bought gave you some "off size" pilot or the wrong needle.

I'd go back into the carb and see what jets and needle are in it. Genuine mikuni jets are what everyone goes off of. an off brand might not be made to the same toleraces.
