Need Suggestions?

I liked the looks of the peeps around here with black rims on their blasters.. So I thought I would try it.. only did the fronts to see if I liked it... Any comments?

I plan on going blue and black theme.. darked out with Iron crosses eventually... when $$$ comes in.. slowly changing.. their are parts off the blasty too you probally can see in the pic.. its getting worked on.. and just made the new grab bar..


I just want some input really? Black rims or no? eventually the purple will be blue keep that in mind.. and the fenders will be blue.. tank and hood will be black.. frame is staying silver..

Well Rep Points here I come their drying for tonight will be on tomarrow with pics!!! lol I love the black now.. I went back to my shop and fell in love!

im tryin to decide if i want to paint my rims metallic blue.i did one of the front and gonna do the back on same side to see if i like it and if not i will just paint them back black

Yeah I got all four painted... I painted the back two last night and a few other things.. I will get pics posted up of them all done today! Just got to walk to my shop.. and I am lazy right now.. lol

i like the black over the silver factory, but will eventually get some polished douglas or itp's, but when i did mine, i did 3 coats of black, put the decals on inside the rim, then put 4 coats of clear on them, holdin up pretty good so far, but my experience so far is ...prep them right, and gotta do the clearcoats or it's gonna flake off

Yep. I've had wheel paint chip off the first ride, thats not cool.

i got black rims. i did just 4 coats of truck/suv paint from duplicolor. since i painted em, ive riddin 4 times, and not one scratch or chip.

Here is both rims painted now and a bunch of other things cleaned up and what not..
Still have not finished the foot guards yet...

But here is those black rims as promised!! lol


Hope mine turn out as well as yours with no chips.. I am assuming after a few rides the paint will suck.. but we will see.
