Need Jetting and Exhaust info

So i got my blaster back running and and need some help figuring out were my jetting needs to be or about were to start at,right now i have a 230 main witch i know is to small and stock pilot jet,my current mods are,.20 over,oil block off, gas oil mix 32-1,tors delete,4 degree timing advance, Boyesen Pro Series reeds on stock cage,power pros/CT/trinity/F7 pipe that's what i was told it is but not sure with stock muffler,and stock air box and filter witch i plain on taking off the lid witch i have herd about doing a lot up here.and know about the plug chops that y'all be talking about,im trying to find a jet size starting point


and this is sum pics of head pipe all i know is its a right bend pipe and has no name or number anywhere on it

any good advice or info would be great help

needle on 3rd setting.

and how do you adjust the needle, do mean the piece that comes down from the top of the carb?and like i said before i don't know a lot about this stuff but good at following directions
 
if you remove the needle from the carb slide, you will see a little clip on the needle thre are 5 groves the clip should be in the middle one
 
Toss the restrictive stock muffler and let that right bend breathe.

With the lid off you could start with a #310 main and needle on middle clip.

Adjust the float level and the idle and plug chop to comfirm jetting.

yea i am going to get rid of that muffler when i get some extra cash,were exactly is the needle located at?
 
The throttle operates a slide in the carb, the needle is located in and protrudes out of the bottom.

Take care if you remove it, you can bend it easily.

When you replace the slide make sure it engages the little brass pin and slips fully to the bottom of the carby.
