i have a vito's +3 stroker crank ported and polished cylinder milled head 60 over namura piston vitos carbon fiber reeds when i got the bike it had a 35mm carb on it im guessing a yz250 carb??its jetted at 300 is that too high what should i jet it at

A 300 in a 35 is a lil large i think. depends on what going on. and i think it would be a mikuni with that jet? or a kehinin with mikuni jet. but i bet it is a db carb, stock mikuni. what r the symptoms??
i havent put the bike back together yet im waiting on my cylinder to come back but the guy who did my motor said i would be better off with a stock blaster carb jetted then a 35mm and that dont make sense too me soo i was tring to see if anyone had a 35mm carb and knew what i should try one person on here said they have a 35mm carb with a 158 jet...and i do have a mikuni carb i think from yz250
yeah the 158 he has was for a keihin carb, mikuni you would run about a 290 would be my reccomendation, then go from there, you won't know till you get the bike back and start it and tell us what symptoms you have.
