I have a 2002 yamaha blaster that I have done a complete rebuild on also I changed the ignition coil stator and cdi its getting fire but its not starting any ideals
Agreed! Bad or damaged reeds can keep it from starting.
Also, have you done a leakdown test yet? If not, read up on here about how to do one, and perform the test. A badly-damaged crankshaft seal will prevent the engine from starting, as it cannot pull enough vacuum to suck fuel into the crankcase/cylinder from the carburetor.
