Need help with break in...

I just got my Banshee back from being fixed. (ENGINE WAS CEASED)
and i was wondering how I should break it in, for years i just let it warm up and drove it nice and easy till i finished a tank.
How do guys usually do it?

Weird, I coulda swore there was a Stickie on this but I can't find it. Basically, you want to run it through some heat cycles for break-in. Warm it up at idle, ride for 15 min at low throttle (about 1/4), let it cool down completely. Repeat about 4 times, each time raising your max engine speed.
