I don't know if I should sell the Blaster.This is the deal.I have a guy that will give me about $800 for my Blaster.He may try to get me down some.I can get an 01 Raptor 660 for $500.The guy said it ran great but the trans got stuck.It is some what apart because he was going to fix it.I would like to see if he can get it back together enuff to start it.Im not sure of what it's going to cost to get an 03 + trans,How hard it will be to find one and how long it's going to take me to get it back together.I work alot so I have very little time.I know it's fast but it's a 4 stroke.This is hard to deside on.Thanks for input.

do it....tell the guy only got 400$ cash i will come right now...........I bet the 03 trans will be like 200$ and if you have a shop assemble probley like 400$
yea the 01 trans are common for problems.look on ebay to see how much another trans is gonna cost.4 pokes are harder to put togther then a 2 stroke for sure.but if ur mechanically inclinded and know about the valves and cams u should be able to do it
shouldnt be to bad then.you could get it together in a couple days if u work on it a couple hours at a time
UPDATE....Im keeping the Blaster.I have the money for the raptor.I talked to the guy and told him we had a deal.With his work and my work,I would have to wait till monday to pick it up and pay him.(He lives about an 1 1/2 -2 hours from me)@ hours later,he texts me telling me he has a guy coming to look at it tomorrow.So,I don't know whats going to happen now.
Tell him to hold it for you! Even if you decided to part it, you will make all your money back plus some. Thats a hell of a deal. Trannys are not $200. These arent blaster motors. Trannys usually sell anywhere from $400-$1000

Lmao. It just depends when and where you buy it. You might be able to grab one for a steal! You just gotta look. Dont forget, you can always just buy the yukon gears and drop them in!
i would do it he prob. does have some one come n to look at it i see cheap bikes like this that i try and buy and some one else comes and takes the good deal i would move on it or hes ganna prob have it sold. people are weird like that with bikes i dont know why. if u wanna find out if hes blown smoke up your rear end have a friend call him.. good luck man
The Raptor is gone!I told the guy it was a done deal and that I would give him $650 for it.He went and sold it anyway.What a jerk!
