hi all my balster will start and idle good but when i gave it gas it bogs out and dies i just put a new to pend in it cleaned carb and everything it is a 1989 by the way please help

airbox lid has two holes drilled in it already still bogs out when give it gas and put in gear could it be the air filter dirty

took the carb apart and cleaned the jets and everything and still does the same thing so you think air filter not getting enough air through it

tors unit is un hooked carb been cleaned new piston and jug honed starts idles just great but when give it gas it bogs and dies could it be a dirty air filter should i replace it

just realized that there is no reed valve assembly on it and there should be you think that is what is causing it to bog out when giving it gas its getting too much gas and flooding out

when i bought the wheeler it had a boyesen intake manifold on it and the rubber hose that connects it to carb was shot so i bought a stock one didnt realized it needed reeds so i ahd to order a new hose straight from boyesen hopefully that does the trick
