Need help fast!! Pics

guys i need help fast,the blaster when you give it throttle it bogs to hell but idles fine so when im looking i found that my exhaust is leaking right where the silencer and pipe meet. I sealed it with the rubber thingy the stock exhaust have but still it leaks, any ideas how to seal it up?? Also anything else that could make it bog to hell when i give throttle other than jetting, cuz i have it jetted right and cleaned carb too.

lokks like the clamp needs slid up more, so the seam between the 2 pipes is in the middle of it, then crank them clamps tight, but thats not why its bogging, you've got some other issue causing it to bog, looks like a new pipe, did you rejet for it, sounds like a tors or parking brake problem

ya i rejetted and it only does it sometimes, and parking brake isnt on, well i havent blocked it off but i dont have it on when it bogs. If it is Tors im screwed,removing this POS system from 03+ is a biotch.

ok, got it fixed guys,thanks for the input tho! I disconected the electric sh*t from the e-brake and it stopped, running great now, plug looks dark brown with a tiny bit of white that you can barely see. Its all good now, also fixed the leak, put a big ass clamp and tight it down like hell,no more leak. Thanks guys.

Yeah, my RM250 leaked from that union for a while but didn't affect performance. Definitely much nicer to seal it up though.

ya i had the same problem u had with the leak where the pipe and muffler meet but that clamp seals it unless it is moved up or down

i dont even have a clamp on mine and its fine no leaks

when i got my shearer pipe it had no coupler and the stock one was too big. so i used high temp rtv and a piece of heater hose.
