need help desperately after rebuild

It started up for about 30 seconds then shut off.. wont start again.. literally just finished rebuilding the top end about an hour ago.. dont understand whats wrong.... please help and or call 724-914-0749

I presume, all leak tested, float set, mixture screw?

The plug could be fouling owing to excess oil used in assembly.

New Gaskets?
Piston facing the correct direction?
Plenty of gas?
Plenty of NEW gas?
Plenty of NEW gas getting to the carb?
Exhaust pipe clogged?
