i have an 01 blaster with a 20 over fmf full exshaust v force reeds and a 3mm stroker kit and a k and n air filter. it bogs all the time it only works in powerband and sometimes it bogs in that i have 260 main jet and a 30 pilot jet my needle clip i believe is on the third or forth grove my air screw i have tried at 1 1/2 turns and went down from then. the last time i rode it i dont believe i rev. it to powerband but the plug was all black i have no clue where to go from here and i need all the help i can get. oh and i have latly been mixing my gas 5 gallons to half a qourt of oil. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

for those mods the 260 main is really lean, and that ratio is really lean also, how your plug is all black i dont understand at all

thats what im saying it boggs when it warms up like i have to like give it throttle keep pushing it in till i can get powerband and then dumb the clutch

i think that you need more pilot jet. is the oil injection blocked off? the premix is about right though for what you're putting in the tank. what kind of oil are you using?

also make sure that the pilot or passages aren't clogged up

with just the pipe and open lid on a stock stroke, FMF recommends the stock 32.5. if you turn the airscrew in does it help?

how much bigger you think i should go i heard stock is 32 and rocky mountian has a 32.5 a 35 and a 37.5 and two more what you think

i'd get the 32.5 and 35. but i bet you'll stay at the 32.5. try the airscrew, if it gets better as you turn it in, then you need a bigger pilot

since i will be getting a bigger pilot jet do you think i will then need a bigger main jet or do you think its the float cuz i had gas coming out of the hoses i took the bowl off and moved teh float up and down and it stoped idk

Prob. was just sticking then.... seems to be a common problem..... I had an old motorcycle back in the day that would do this.... I took the float out and ran it through the drill press and bored out the holes for the pin and it never stuck again..... Just be super careful, i only took a very very slight amount off of the plastic (just to clean it up a bit) and i never had that issue again!

Just a thought, but DO NOT do this if you dont feel comfortable with it!! Take off too much and no float :p
