lookin good so far. the only thing i would work on would be the bridge in the intake. try to make it into a point towards you so the gas and air flow past it better. let me find a pic

Yeah i saw that in a pic on kens page but the intake looked different like a cylinder off somther other than a blaster to me so i didnt copy what i saw

i think you did a good job better then me. i knocked off alot of my high spots and casting marks but didnt really go too crazy with it.

only change the sizes of the ports if you know what you're doing and why you're doing it or you could end up with something that runs worse than stock

I didn't change the ports at all. i just made a point on the centerpost to increase flow. i didn't make that port on top bigger. i just took material away from the top of the intake to also increace flow to that port

that looks pretty good scot, i wasn't really meaning yours, but to make sure that devilman didn't make a mistake.

and rep for both of you guys for doing it yourself

hey scot, what size bore was that other jug on? i could bolt it on to one of my bottom ends and let you know how it runs lol

I think it was a 67.50 brando. i gave it to my buddy and he is gonna run it as soon as i send him a set of rings. i'm diein to know what it will do. the only tool i used on the exhaust port was my finger and sand paper. my x really appreciated the practice. I knocked everything down with a drum sander on my rotozip with a cable attachment. then everything else by hand 400, 600, 800 grit. polished it alittle with some drill polishing attachments but they didn't really fit in there very well.
