Have you watched the Ken O'Connor videos on YouTube ? If you haven't you should it brings you step by step on putting the motor back together and explains the clutch process pretty good. Actually it is in the DIY section on here I believe ? If not just search him on YT

I've watch those like 3 or 4 times lol all of them, just for pure interest and knowledge, it didn't go into detail about the clutch line itself running from the lever to the pull. BUT I got it figured out and working great. I just had to step back and let my frustration go before I went back at it lol.

I do love the KOR videos, amazing stuff.

Ok so ive got a sound im hearing.....
it only happens when im in gear and riding. Not at idle....
it sounds like a tapping sound coming fro somewhere under the petrol tank......
and it doesnt sound like it goes faster or slower as im driving?

Does it happen all the time when you are on throttle and not happen when off throttle?

If so you may be hearing detonation caused by a too lean mixture !

Are there any mods done to the bike, oil injection delete, air box lid off, aftermarket filter, head mods, aftermarket pipe, thinner head gasket ? are you using fresh fuel and what octane ? Do you know what a squish test is ?

I recently did an oil injection delete, 25:1 ratio. Unleaded 93.

Do you realise that the jetting must be changed if you pre mix especially if you mix 25:1?

The quantity of fuel in the mix will be too lean!
