My winter blaster project

This was my winter project. I got this in a box. Spent most of the winter building it.
First i want to send out a special thanks to YB for doing an awesome job on my swingarm and kenny from FloTec- he cut my head. Awk and a few others for helping me through the nightmare of blleding my Shee rear brakes. And a special thanks goes out to Tony Doukas at The banshee Depot!! Tony is a very old friend and he not only sold me my pipe and cylinder kit. he also made my TDR reeds. My build goes kinda like this-

Banshee front and rear brakes
YB200 +4" swingarm
Vitos 240 kit
My own port and polish very broad power
CPI big bore pipe- the quality is awesome
43 mm Keihin PJ carb
Head was cut by Kenny at Flotec for 100 octane
Uni air filter w/ my own adapter
Cut front and rear fenders
14/40 gearing
Vitos high perf clutch
TDR reeds
EX400 rear shock
banshee front shocks
All new bushings and seals

Yes,
I sprayed it. Prepped with 80 grit and plastic adhesion base coat clear coat. It matches the 68 shelby I am restoring in the garage.

I am starting to get some time on the motor. It pulls extremely hard . I am having issues with the idle. it is a bit rich at idle and needs to be cleared constantly. I will need to order a few pilot jets. Seems like I am close on top- a bit rich - but once I get a little more time on it I will do a few plug checks. It sure likes to carry the front tires! I may want to go up a tooth on the front with the 18" tires?

yea u will lose quite abit of topend with those tiny 18"tires.....defently try a a bigger front sprocket

The front is too narrow! The bike wants to high side. What did you do to widen the front end!

get some extended aarms dude....that will help with the roll over feeling
