so i decided to have my framed powder coated last week whilst my engine was out. so here is my quad before:

ive not gone over the top with this build so ive just painted things etc as i have already built the engine and replaced swing arm bearings and shocks etc
so here is my freshly coated frame

a arms

painted the front hubs, backing plates and fitted my vapor speedo cable

front suspension on

painted the swinger and fitted a pre 03 carrier, made a bracket for a gsxr caliper

rear suspension on

few bits on

plastics etc on

nearly finished just few bits and bobs to do, engine in

got the rest of the trailtech wired in today picked up my pegs and rear brake lever from the powdercoaters. need some fresh fuel and get in running as im having it dyno jetted at my local atv world this saturday morning will take some pics once it is fully built up, and thanks for looking.

its not done much lately as i rebult the topend, 2 weeks later decided to +3 it. then i was supposed to be having the cylinder ported and a modified head done so removed the engine and the guy doesnt answer his phone or ring me back....so its back in again now and getting dyno-jetted on saturday so will be ripping again soon. not had alot of time lately as we have just had our 1st child so need to get permission on work and ride on it lol

she lookin mint lad I:I i was think of getting training from atv world (for motocross )do u no any thing about the training they do

what are they like to deal with

Not sure on the training there not bad at Leeds shop not a lot of staff so they all have there own department to deal with

So I got all the bits finished this week and wired up the trail tech vapor. Not been on it as I've had it booked in for dyno jetting today but there not happy with the power so they ordered me some richer needles, there coming Tuesday so have to wait till then. But I won this on eBay last week:eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
just missing the top clamp but he says I can use the standard caps.
But will update your lot with the dyno printout on Tuesday hopefully!
