What kind of pressure are those offsets putting on your quad? Looks like if you land wrong you're bound to break sh*t.

you could try to mount the nerfs different of if you have the right type of welder cut and weld her up

now that is broad, I had 1.5" (a side) on mine so that gave me a +3 front and back and thay gave me no problem but my spacers were much different to the one's you have on there, any way's let us know how she handle's

Spacers have always seemed to hold and live up to their strength and durability capabilities, very few instances of full failure are documented, even on the race track...

Running spacers on the front of quads has been controversial since front wheel spacers cause the wheels to go through a forward and backward sweeping motion when going through the steering range, which can cause force feedback to the rider and a tendency for the ATV to steer itself.

This is why things like extended A-Arm kits and front wheel flipping, etc, are so much more popular and definitely recommended as the procedure to follow, to get a wider front end on an ATV. I personally chose a much cheaper route than doing a FULL A-Arm upgrade, etc, and still got a full 8 inch stretch over stock. I used a product from Diamond J, their A-Arm extension kit. This kit basically re-locates all the mounting points for your stock equipment, widening each side 3 inches. The braces/brackets are heavy duty and super strong, race proven and actually much nicer than I anticipated on them being. They can be painted and customized to match your bike, etc, as well...

There are 2 kits available, a 4.5" and a 6", I went with the 6". Between this kit and a front wheel flip you are 8" over stock on the blaster, how can you beat that utilizing all of your stock suspension components, still leaving room for future upgrades if desired, all for under $200???

Brilliant, Just thought I would share this with you guyz/galz... :)

thank you for the offer never thought that any one would offer to do some thing like that but the problem is that it will cost me less to buy long A/D arms in S.A. because thay nail us on inport tax like hell and compare our money to your's $180 is R 1.620.00 (South African) and that is with out the tax.

but thanks for the offer

The reason your wheels rub on the nerfs now is due to you changing the circumference & distance of your front wheel rotation, it sits farther away from your hub now, which will pull the wheel back and forward as you turn, hence what I wrote above...

Definitely wide, just curious to how this will hold up as far as strength and if you notice any of the characteristics that I talked about as well, in the above comments. ^^^

let us know...

well i rode it a bit yesterday and didnt notice anything just the nerf problem....and i dont do any 20 footers so i should be fine..
