nope, I know alot of guys locally that loose trannys on the 5.9L cummings while still have low miles... for me, I do need a stick for the way I ramble to have it stay together lol.

how much did you get it for? I'm still not sure I like the newer body styles. I'm debating getting a new used truck. found a mega cam cummings w/8" lift I kinda like for like $33gs

still debating tho... was supposed to get a house so if we do, I won't get it. if we don't I'm gonna get it lol

dodges are some of the best looking trucks out there not to mention they're sound. i think you got a good trade. i really like those wheels and tires

is the new one used or brand new? and some of the new ones have an allison transmission that is pretty sweet. and lastly my dad had a 2000 ram 2500 that ran for 180k solid miles. only ever really needed a clutch and the rear end went out. some things didn't work but they didn't need replaced
