Especially if you didn't anneal it, or not properly.

It was crank seal being old from stator side now running like new thank you guys for the help

Copper head gasket annealing is a specialised process and should only be attempted by those who know how to do it correctly.

It takes a very large flame to heat the head gasket uniformly to a cherry red before cooling.

If the temperature is not constant over the whole of the gasket surface, when cooled some parts will be harder than others and may not compress to seal when torqued down.
