My 89 Blaster

For an 89, I think its in good shape. Gonna paint the frame this winter, paint the wheels as well.. Got some shock covers on the way. I'm new to riding, and this is my first quad I have ever owned. It has a new top end in it. Oil injection is blocked off, I run spectro 32:1.. I had it running the other night, and it smoked up my neighborhood.. Love the smell of 2 stroke.

I love it. That's exactly what my blaster looked like 15 years ago when my dad was riding it and I was riding my kdx 80...brings back memories. Those plastics looked good when painted the frame gloss black.

Nope... Ive heard of St. Joe State Park. I'm going to Finger Lakes tomorrow. This will be the first time Ive ever been on a trail..

So I decided to paint my wheels gloss black, I have primer, and clear coat, I'm going to paint the frame this winter, (Gloss black) but other than that, i don't really wanna change to much I love the blaster how it is ...for being 22yrs old. I do have a new front bumper on the way, and also some Nerf bars..But other than that, I don't want to change a classic to much.

Ive seen the st,joe trails on youtube deepwater is a ways from there chadwick is by springfield so even further. Have funn i also do like the trails.

So here is my painted wheels. Gonna put the front bumper on later today at my friends house. Still debating on what color would go good on the hubs..Any ideas? I also noticed when i put the right front wheel on there was some play in the hub..(Not bad though) but the other wheels have no play. I might need a new bearing.

I will post pics..I have the bumper, still waiting on the nerf bars..I ordered the nerf bars a couple days apart from the bumper..
