do I oil them at all be for I put them in or Grease them or just dry

Put a little grease on the inside of the seal where the shaft will ride and a little sealant on the outside of the seal for a little extra protection.

We like PC seal grease. It's a little thinner and made for seals. Your local shop should have it or they can order it for you.
