i got an 02 blaster 200. i had it running yesterday for the first time since i got the new motor for it but when it started up the throttle was stuck wide opened. i turned it off with the kill switch but now it will not start please help.

preety sure its carb! idk what in it but the carb might have gotten stuck and floded with gas kick start it a milion times you gotta keep and keeep kicking it so it throws out all that gass off the carb
did you clean the carb when you rebuilt it? sounds like you got the floats stuck bro. id rebuild or clean the carb very well. remove the tors if its still there and retry. also did you perform a leakdown test?
If you want you can take your plug out, hold the throttle open, and kick it over...it will spit out gas thats caused the flooding...and while your at it clean that bad boy!!! (carb)
It leaks gas out of 2 holes on the side still. I was told by a service department that the float needs to be adjusted but idk how to. Can anyone help?
there is a measurement in the manual to get it right on but for a quick fix just take the bowl off the carb and you will see a tiny metal tab that is touching the needle valve, bend that a TINY bit up and it should stop the leak
no not at all.. mine starts first kick every time even if its been sitting for weeks.. i would completely clean your carb while u have it apart messing with the floats..
