Now I need to wait for my fronts to come!

now how do I go about changing the chain?

nice.. tires are a pain in the ass to change.. welll if their new not hard but the older the worse cause the bead seals realy good

take the old one off put new one on.. to cut it yoou can use a grinder and grind off the like like nub till you can hit it out with a center punch.. thats how i did mine

don't you have to remove the case?

there is no master link on a stock chain i just changed the chain on buddies 660 raptor, cut the old one off, no need to try and save it, then slide the new one threw the sprocket rolling it forward to get the chain on the teeth, then when it is all the way in the back, tighten it as much as possible then cut it to the length you need grind down the side, then you need to push it out, you have 2 master links, one to be pushed in, the other has a little slide lock clip that locks on the left side of the chain

I'm just going to do it the right way. Take the case off, undo the sprocket, cut the chain, change the sprockets out, and throw the new chain on.

yes theirs a masterlink on a stock chain.. how else would they get it on in the factory... just take off the magneto cover on the shifter side..

theyll come right off... their phillips heads

make sure when changing sprockets you put the new one on the right way i was kicking my self for not looking b4 i took it off

THERE IS NO MASTER LINK ON A STOCK CHAIN, I JUST CHANGED ONE ON A RAPOTR 660. AND BRAAAP THATS HOW YOU HAVE TO DO IT, THEY DON'T COME THE RIGHT SIZE READY TO GO, READ MY POST ON HOW TO DO IT. BECAUSE I DID IT 2 WEEKS AGO

well the chain we cut off the raptor 660 did not have a master link. the new o ring chain does, but his stock one did not have a master link

You guys are annoying with the no master link sh*t... Just f*ckin rip it if it does. My blaster had a stock chain and it had a master link. that is if it really was stock or not. Good luck with the new parts

well i guess the blaster and raptor are diff, me and my buddy were out and he goit a piece of wood stuck in a linkand bent the sh*t out of the link, thats why he needed a new chain, lol, a hundo for the renthal gold o ring
