no it is a 2002 400ex has laeger anti vibe stem, full skids, slip on (not sure) good tires and rims, came with 2 extra sets of rear tires and rims.
and 2000 rm250.

there is 1 MAJOR PROBLEM there are three monster energy stickers on the 400 ex and if they are stickers they are gay but if they are graphics(like pic in sig) they are sick as hell

umm, monster energy anything is gay, it is getting cleaned and all stickers will be gone.
also both run, the 400ex just needs some tranny work.

the forks are bad, and from the sound, it seems like it. it didn't want to shift gears at all, could just be something in the way.
