I have a blaster that previous owner has removed the 'TORS' (I believe its called but please correct me if wrong) off the top of the carb, he fitted a twist throttle as he only used it for road use, I have since fitted a Raptor 350 thumb throttle back on which after a little tickle with the dremel gives full throttle movement. The problem is the mikuni apparently has the idle controlled by the mechanism on top. The idle screw opening is blocked off but the threads are still there, also the slide has its ramp for the idle screw to be inserted, if I was to drill through does anyone know which idle screw would I need to fit in?
Has anyone done this in the past?
On a different note I have fitted a FMF FATTY with a power core 2 end can, I am at sea level running an open box with a K&N I have upped the main jet to 290 does this seem familiar to the more experienced people on here ?
I did manage one plug chop earlier before it got to dark but not really sure if the colour is what I need

a dark coffee color on the plug is good. there is a diy on the tors elemenation and airscrew installation look in the do it your self section. 290 should be in the ball park with your mods
