Might be getting 2 blasters for 700 bucks

Well I found a deal on craigslist for 2 blasters one he says is an 03 but its hard to tell from the pics and the other is a 90% complete 01 parts bike with an extra motor. The 03 has a rebuilt motor from the dealer fmf exhaust and razr rear tires. Im thinking about getting them. He had them listed for 1000 but lowered it to 700. You guys think its a good deal??

Its not an 03 he thought it was when I called him but I asked if it had disk brakes and he said no. O well.
