make blaster run more lean?

hey guys
i was just wondering how to make the blaster run more lean
its an 93... and runs quite rich, and blows some cloudy smoke..
any ways to make this a bit better?

How do you know it's too rich? What's the jetting you are at what mods have you done , are you still using the stock injection sytem or are you premixing? Have you done any plug chops to see where it's at?

i have done an airbox, stock carb (not sure about jetting; i havent jetted) still has the injection (didnt want to do premix as its more of a hassle). It just really stinks(exhaust)and smells like oil

is it a real white smoke? if so it could be a bad crank seal letting it burn your tranny oil. i would be willing to bet its got a stock 230 in but its always good to take a look.

well it is a 2 stroke man so some smoke is normal, do you rip on it hard keeping it cleaned out? also what kind of oil u using?

Check compression. You can get one off amazon or hell.....you can even pick up a tester at Auto Zone.

You aren't running rich unless your mixture screw on the side of your carb is turned in really far and even then your main is stock.

If it's smoking........abnormally smoking.....there is a problem.

the side screw is turned flush with the outside of the carb...
