welll after your opinions and browsing on lltrhq im staying away from the ltr all stickys on hq are tranny problems ,whinening tranny from new,gears being chewed etc ...looks like ill be getting a z400!

Congrats.......you will enjoy it. They are like a modded 400ex with reverse. I:I With some mods, they go pretty balls out for a 400. Won't be the fastest quad in Ireland, but they handle well on trails and they have plenty of power when modded to be loads of fun. I've seen some cheap ones and even a DVX go for cheap and contemplated getting one, but it would require me to sell the Blaster and I fear of the delay between selling and buying a quad.
thanks gibson and alex! know that feellin^ got two weeks of school and sold my blaster on sunday have been bored since and still might not be getting one till the weekend! does anyone know if 700 raptors are heavy on fuel?
I've ridden with a few 660s. They use up more gas, but since they are a 4 stroke, they are more efficient with fuel and they go longer than you would think. I wouldn't think it would be enough to be concerned about. 5 gallons of gas would give you a day's(a full day) worth of riding in probably. They have about the same range as my modded Blaster....maybe even better......not sure...I never really checked as I don't own it, just going off what I've seen from other people's raptors.
you will love the z400! If i got a 4-stroke that would probably be my first choice. My friend has one and it is beast!
