lt vs honda atc rear

the yellow one is the lt250r 1987 stock shock and red is a 1983 honda atc250r shock. which one is better for a blaster

well seeing the year on the atc shock i would go with the lt250 shock because the shocks on the atc's before 86 were longer

but the guy said the atc one measure 14" from center of eye to center of eye. and i measured my stock one and im pretty sure i got 14"

those are the ones after 1986 if im correct. there is a sticky on it in the suspension forum

i would run the lt shock

will it be soft but not bottom out
