lower ball joint on a 1988 blaster

Hello i dont know if these lower ball joints are stock because it has disk brakes and adjustable upper ball joint but it has a allen head bolt going through the middle of the joint . Where the joint is its a verticle pipe about 2 inches long with a joint half way down inside the pipe with a allen bolt through the center of the joint . Does anyone know anything about this kind of ball joint I was wanting to replace it but i dont know where to start . Thanks for your help!!

sounds like its got aftermarket a arms on it and its got heims for ball joints. pics would be awesome to verify it
