my fmf exhaust wont be in 4 an other 2weeks and my stock pipe is very loud i think the backing is gone in the end can is it ok to drive it will i do any harm

i pulled the end cap completely out of my stock exhaust and ran it for months and it didnt hurt it. i think youll be fine until you get your fmf

Yeah it shouldn't do anything as long as everything is there to keep water and dirt from going in. And if you want to make sure of everything you can repack it yourself with about $7.99 in grade 3 steel wool.

u mite be right i was told that off a friend as well so why is it loud theres no holes at all its in vgc could the last guy that had it removed some thing baffle maybe

When I had stock exhaust I lost one of the 2 nuts holding the flange to the cylinder head, which caused my exhaust to be very loud.

So did you check to see if your flange is still on tight?

Good luck!

Yeah idk never dealt with the stock besides cutting it in half and drilling the baffles out. Hahaha but the whole point of that was to make it loud. lol
