This is a much nicer Blaster than any that you have posted. Ideally, you want to get a 2003 to 2006, to get hydraulic brakes. Although this is not a super smokin deal, it's on OK deal. See if you can talk him down a bit. Note that the rear grab bar is bent. Look over the frame very closely. Check out Ken's video on how to identify the Vitos cylinder.

My max price is 900 bucks. I know some of these guys are greedy asking this much for some of these. I don't want to go around low balling but yeah it definitely is annoying.

Yeah that white one is nice but the cylinder looks to be too black to be a vitos, unless it was painted before installation.

Have you tried looking further out, like an hour or so drive. Might find a price drop.

He's listed that white one 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I bet $1200 would buy it. You're way money ahead getting one with some decent aftermarket goodies and hydraulic brakes.
