yeah lid in the UK means helmet... n i only shorten things cus ive got dyslexia n i find it hard spelling some words sorry

oh.
i wear fox and thor for most stuff. sixsixone makes good accessories, i guess (knee brace, super long socks etc)
and oakley and spy are both really good goggles

it really depends on where you ride.
in the trails, i just wear mx boots and a helmet

at the mx track i wear boots, helmet, chest protector, jersey, pants, knee brace, goggles (i crash alot on the doubles and triples lol)

i wear MSR pants and jersey, mossi helmet, fox gloves, thor chest protector and boots.....

cool im thinkin about gettin the new shift kit but not sure yet.. i do alot of enduro trails so im definatly getting some new armor but unsure on what boots and helmet to get.. at the mo ive got astar tech 8's and an old wulfsport helmet

I got ARC racing jersey and pants, ARC boots, ARC gloves, and HJC helmet with ARC goggles
