Sounds great! Exactly what i did! Go for it ! I you dont touch the inside bore i would say there is little chance for error..
BUT:
You say injection engine?!?! HUH! on a 2stroke? This is something that is exclusive for 4 stroke? Or am i wrong?
THAT would require MAJOR work.. injectors? ECU (electronic control unit) and whatnot. .i dont think thats possible AT ALL!
thanks guys.... i do have the proper dye grinders and air dremels. along with about 600$ in bits. like i said i have a very good coach he is a 800hp+ sprit car 800hp+ and cart (like 250cc shiftercarts) but he hasnt done a blaster thats why i needed pictures.
i dont plan on changing the actual ports on the bore but the intake and exhaust ill clean and cut as well as every thing else...
to be honest i really dont care about this motor because i have a tecate motor thats my baby so i try evry thing on the blaster and if it works ill do it on the tecate.
for example right now im machining a rotory valve to mount on the intake and have a pully come off the flywheel to go to the valve so i can run forced air intake. if it works ill mod it slietly then do it to the tecate lol...im also going to try making it into a direct injection engine.
before every one gags me on what i just said above^^^^^ let me say this again.. i dont care about the motor blowing up or porting it wrong its an exparemental motor that i am having fun with.....i want to learn how to port and i have a coach that is whilling to help me for free he just need pictures of the jug and head
