Finals are over monday..I will have 3 weeks free to do some design/fab work and try out some ideas..but I do not have a stock chassied bike.. if you are in the toledo area an want some top notch suspension built FREE for letting me design on your bike (if I can make this design work with a 400ex shock, the shock is even included). My reputation at custom suspension work is well known. My reputation at building record setting blasters is unparraleled and my bikes have been featured in many magazines. This is a one time shot for someone to get what could be $500 to $1500 bucks worth of custm work FREE. you just need to be somewere close to Toledo and get your bike to me and have the time to ride, test and evaluate. please pm me asap.

Im a people techician.. medic/nursing student. I was a mechanic for team honda's baja team for a couple years. tried my own shop for a while making swing arms, doing shock work etc, but the volume wasn't there to make a living. making 1 custom swingarm takes a weeks work..if I had orders for 6 of them I could build 6 in a week and half, couple that with shock rebuilds at half what everybody else charges it woud b a nice living...but the volume isn't there. labor wise I could rebuild all three shocks on 20 quads in 40 hours without breaking a sweat... thats $150 for all three shocks times twenty quads.. $3000 gross minus expenses $2700 net plus 3 swingarms with custom geometry a week @ $500 each ads another $1500 - 250 expenses would net $1250 or just about $100 an hour over a 40 hour week..taking 4 weeks vacation a year that would be $189,600 a year...nice living..but the volume isn't there...

it would be the rear suspension, if the 400ex shock works..if not you would have to get a 250r shock whick is what $50 off ebay and I would rebuild it free. only thing this will cost anybody is just the material I dont have.

its all about supply and demand, both my parents are nurses, been doin it for 35 yrs each and man you picked a good time to be one,lol, you won't have a problem finding a job

yea i know about that volume thing lol,
would u build me a long travel swingarm for a works shock or mabe send me some pics of some of your work, i would love more rear travel
