THE La sleeve 240 kit does not use the original equipment. LA sleeve also sells a re-sleeve kit which does.
The replacement 240 kit runs about $800. The resleeve (new piston rings, wrist pin, and sleeve) run about $250 but then you have to have a machine shop press the new sleeve into the stock cylinder.

$574 plus tax but nobody's counting. The new kits have billet heads instead of cast and the price went up accordingly.
