Kor head mod jetting

On the 3mil for the blaster, what all is required to do it?

Pretty basic. You have to mock up one case half, crank, and cylinder to check clearance between rod and crankcase. IIRC instructions call for .020 clearance. I made mine .040. do both cases.
Other than that it assembles same as stock stroke. It comes with two gaskets and aluminum spacer for under cylinder.
I went pretty wild on the exhaust port and want to drop cylinder and port to re-tune/detune a bit.
I'm old as dirt and don't need to go that fast/hard anymore.

I'll be doing a head mod as soon as it warms up a little bit. I want to remove the 3mil spacer. I plan on doing heat cycle, retorque head , and probably leak down test.

How do you do that? I was checking out the vitos +3 kit and it says it' a stop in kit and that you don't have to do any modifications to the case halves

Because of the manufacturing tolerance apparently it may be a little close. Couple strokes with file or Dremel is all it takes.
If they started talking case modifications, they'd sell less
A Wiseco 4mil requires trenching the cases to clear rod big end.

KOR did a 6mil stroker.
