my friend goes up alot. you need a $100 permit from reading anthercite coal and a plate to be legal...thats all im going to say.

i would never go there, yeah its some neat terrain but ive had buddies do it and that sh*t gets in EVERYTHING!!!!!!! do yo ulike having a lump of coal for a airfilter? and coal dust up ur ass? have fun man!! lolololol I:I I:I
